Whether you are new to coaching or not,
North Star Coaching sessions support you in creating a path to achieve your biggest, and smallest, goals.
Not sure what to expect from a North Star Coaching session? Then read on...
North Star Coaching sessions deliver practical outcomes and you will walk away with clear actions to steer you according to your internal North Star.
You could be coming to coaching for any number of reasons:
Whatever your reason for coming to coaching (and it may be a combination of all of the above), the objective remains the same: to peel back the clouds which are covering your truth, your North Star, and put steps in place to create clarity about your journey ahead.
Your coaching sessions are a dedicated time and a confidential, non-judgemental space, for you. You will be expected to come to the session with a topic in mind and will be encouraged to articulate your thoughts openly without interruption.
The subsequent questions and structure of the conversation will help you explore your options, motivations and values. You will be prompted to consider possible consequences of any decisions you may make, so you are fully aware of their potential impact.
This awareness becomes the basis for setting your own self-driven goals at the end of each session. You are not given advice. Instead, you are supported to find your own answers. You walk away feeling clear and confident about what to do because the choices are yours, based on YOU. As a result, clients see real, tangible improvement in their lives. They feel more in control and have the sense that they are moving forwards towards the life they want to live, being the person they really want to be.
“I am motivated at the end of the sessions and can see my work and personal performance improve as a result.”
I have worked with a coach on three different occasions. This was certainly the most positive and productive experience I have had.”
Having coaching with Catherine gave me the confidence to make significant changes in my working role”
I ended up at the end of each session with a list of small, achievable actions and had the confidence that I had come up with those ideas myself.”
The end result is not only a possible solution but a better understanding of yourself”
The sessions made me feel empowered and more positive by breaking down an approach into small manageable steps.”
Coaching is not always an easy ride but it’s a bit like exercise: you feel better afterwards.”
