Being well is more than just the opposite of being unwell. Being well, or Wellbeing means you feel you are performing at your best, you are taking control of your life and working through any barriers preventing you from living your best life.

Performing your best, in your best life, is highly subjective. As a qualified wellbeing coach, I draw upon a number of different theoretical models to help you visualise, prepare for and then build your life of personal wellbeing. You could be preparing for a world title in a big event and seeking a clear time and energy-management plan to keep you feeling in control, which takes into account all aspects of health and wellbeing; you could be recovering from personal loss or illness and looking for ways to re-establish a feeling of calm; you could be managing a demanding career and looking for a better work/life balance; perhaps you want to shed off some bad habits. Or you may not yet know what you want, but simply have a sense that your life could be better.

My coaching is completely confidential, non-judgmental and solutions-focused. It is YOUR time to declutter your mind and YOUR opportunity to clear away some of the clouds so you can follow your own compass to your desired way of living well.
